Yakitori beef meatballs

Ingredients

Dumplings:
 600g minced meat
 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
 1 tablespoon chopped chives
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 teaspoon of pepper
 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Sauce :
 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
 50 ml of rice vinegar
 30 ml of sweet soy sauce
 20 ml soy sauce
Chinese noodles
 500g of pre-cooked noodles
 1 tablespoon salted soy sauce
 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
 2 tablespoons nuoc mam sauce
 4 garlic cloves, chopped
 1 carrot
 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (optional)
 Coriander or parsley
 Chive
 Salt
 Pepper

Directions

Preparation of the meatballs

Mix all the ingredients together and form into balls.

Put 3 meatballs per skewer

Preparation of the sauce

Mix all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves

Cooking dumplings

Cook the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side, add the sauce and cook them for 3 minutes on each side.

Preparation of Chinese noodles

Cook the garlic and carrots.

Add the pre-cooked noodles then pour in the sauces

Finish with coarsely chopped coriander (or parsley) and a few sprigs of chives.

Note: There is light and dark soy sauce. As a logical consequence, the dark soy sauce will give a darker color to your noodles.
